As the contest is made in the province of Québec, the rules that apply are those in the province of Québec in the country of Canada. If you wish to participate to the contest and you are outside of this country, the rules here will applied.

To participate to the Winner of the Month contest (the "contest"), submit your entry by following the instructions found on the site www.winnerofthemonth.com.

The contest sponsors is Sphere 3 Solutions inc. (referred to as the "contest sponsor").

To enter the contest, you must enter your email or use your Facebook account using the web site www.winnerofthemonth.com

The winner (must be over 18 years old or with a parental authorization) of the prize will have to give his full address and the organizers will send them the prize to this address at the name of the winner

There is a limit of one participation per day per individual. Contest starts 00:01 a.m Easter Time ("ET") on Thuesday, April 30, 2008 and close on Saturday, May 31, 2008 at 19:00 Eatern Time ("ET") (the "contest period"). There is only one prize per contest ("the prize") to be won from among all the eligible entries received during the contest period. No purchase necessary, Void prohibited.

There is 1 prize consisting of one iSymphony's clock radio music system. Approximate value of each prize is fifty Dollars Cdn. Sales taxes and shipping are included. All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, are the sole responsability of the winner. The color and all other specifications are to be determinded solely by the contest sponsor.

Prize must be accepted as awarded. The prize may not be sold, transferred and is not convertible to cash.

On or after Saturday, May 31, 2008 at approximately 19:00 p.m., a random draw for the prize will take place at Sphere 3 Solutions, Montréal, Québec from among all elegible entries received during the contest. The first entry drawn will be eligible to win the prize. The odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period. The contest sponsor will send an email to contact the potential winner within 3 hours after the draw. The potential winner will have 24 hours ("winning time") to answer the email. If he or she fails to follow this process, he or she will be disqualified and another draw will take place within one hour following the end of the winning time to get a new potential winner. In order to be declared a winner, potential winner must first reply to the email sent by the organizers of the contest and fill completely the form on the site www.winnerofthemonth.com. After, he or she must correctly answer, unaided, a complex mathematical skill testing question administered by Sphere 3 Solutions inc. and agree to have their name announced on the site www.winnerofthemonth.com

By entering this contest, the entrants and participants autamically agree to acccept and abide by these rules. All decision of the contest sponsor with respect to any aspect of this contest, including without limitation the elilibility of entries, are final and binding on all entrancts in all matters as the relate to this contest.

Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the board only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement
